What is malware and types of malware

Malware:

Malware is a malicious software that is specifically designed to perform malicious tasks. On a device or network such as corrupting data or taking control of a system.

Virous:

worms are like a computer virous. It replicates itself rapidly to harm other files. It can remove or delete data from the file or targeted device. It can also add other malicious files on the device or targeted file.


Trojans:

Trojans are the type of malware that disguises itself into legitimate code or software. By this attacker can change, remove or update data according to his or her need, the attacker knows the information user enter and trojans can provide the backdoor to the attacker. 


Ransomware:

Ransomware is a type of malware in which the file encrypted data from the user computer and the attacker hold it hostage and release when they pay Ransome to the attacker.


Spyware:

Spyware is a type of malware in which gather personal and sensitive data then sent to the advertisers, collections firms or malicious actors without user information. 


Adware:

Adware in cyber security is a type of malware in which display unwanted advertisements on your device. it can also track your online behavior. it installed on your device with or without your knowledge attached to the legitimate applications.
